Information on Fishery Products

In accordance with national regulations, we inform our customers that fish products intended to be consumed raw or after preparation that does not completely eliminate parasites have been subjected to a freezing process to ensure their safety.

Freezing: All fish products served raw or partially cooked have been frozen in accordance with food safety standards to eliminate possible parasites.
